If you want to take advantage of the Repeat Sale function that was introduced with our Fortis/ Payment Logistics Paygistix Cloud 2.0 API you will need to activate the button for it to appear on your SRO, Orders and Invoices.
The Repeat Sale feature allows you to charge a customers credit card who has paid with a credit card in the past (as long as you took the original CC after your transition to Paygistix Cloud 2.0). It's kind of like keeping a card on file but the CC # is not on file making CheckIn totally compliant with CC regulations since CheckIn communicates with the Fortis servers to pull down that info for a new transaction!
To activate this go to Admin Workstations>credit card then turn Repeat Sale Payment Option to Y
This will now show the repeat sale button.
When you click on the Repeat Sale button a small window will pop up in the middle of your SRO, Orders or Invoice asking you to select a card to automatically charge for that transaction without having to send a customer a payment link or to have them come back to your store. Totally safe and secure!
