Please follow the directions below to to export your customer list so you can then import into your email marketing platform: :

  1. Go to the Customer dashboard and then click the List button just to the right of the New button which is under the customer button.
  2. Click Export/Import Button at the right most part of this new Customer Window that opened up.
  3. Hit Export at dialog box that pops up
  4. Name the export file at the top of the "Export Records to File" window at the top
  5. At the Bottom of this window at the Type section, chose your export file type.  (most popular are Comma-Seperated Values) 
  6. Click Save at bottom right
  7. From the left side panel "Current Layout ("customerListMain)" click the fields you want to export which are either just the email or first name, last name and email and for each field either double click or click once to highlight then click the >>Move>> button to move the fields you want to export to the right panel
  8. Click Export
  9. You are done! This file will be in your Mac's download folder or the PC's download folder or where your default web browser downloaded files go to.
A few things to keep in mind.

• It's normal when doing email marketing to want to export new emails since the last export to bring over to your email marketing platform.  To just export the recent email do the following:

  1. Go to the Customer dashboard and then click the Find button at the top right.
  2. Under search field choose Date Created as shown in screenshot below.
  3. Enter date from the day after your last export to today's date
  4. Click Perform Find button
  5. This will pop up a new window and then click Export/Import Button at the right most part of this new  Window.
  6. Hit Export at dialog box that pops up
  7. Follow steps above from #4 onwards.
(FYI. We are planning,  in the near future to integrate with an email marketing platform such as Sinch or SendGrid and Klaviyo as well which will make this part a bit easier)
