When creating an Invoice for a customer who has a credit on file, a green "Available Credits" button will appear above the Payment Method buttons on the right. Click on this button to see a listing of this customer's available credits. Click on the "arrow" icon to choose a credit to apply. In the example below, we'll select the second entry, for $11.20, and apply that credit to the Invoice.
Once a Credit has been chosen, it will appear on the Invoice as a "Redeemed Credit." You can see in the Invoice that the credit for $11.20 that was selected has been applied to the Invoice.
Remember to Post the Invoice when the transaction is complete.
Note: to apply a customer credit to an SRO, you'll first need to create an Invoice.
For customers with a Credit on file, a "Credit" button will appear in the Customer Card.
