Adjustments: Allows access to Inventory Adjustments in Products > More > Adjust, or in individual Product Cards.

Customers: Allows access to viewing and editing of Customer cards.

Delete_customers: Allows the user to delete Customer cards in CheckIn, in Customers > List. Note: this does not prohibit a User from removing the Customer from an SRO or Order.

Delete_invoice_lines: Allows the user to delete items on an Invoice.

Delete_invoices: Allows the user to delete an Invoice, once it has been Un-Posted.

Delete_order_lines: Allows the user to delete items on an Order.

Delete_products: Allows the user to delete Products in CheckIn.

Delete_quote_lines: Allows the user to delete items on a Quote.

Delete_sro_lines: Allows the user to delete items on an SRO.

Delete_suppliers: Allows user the ability to delete suppliers in the Supplier Dashboard

Discounts: Allows the user to apply Discounts on an SRO, Quote, Order or Invoice using the tools available in CheckIn.

Edit_line_item_cost: Allows the user to edit product cost for items in an Invoice.

Employees: Allows user access to Employee records. 

Exporting: Allows user to use the Export feature on various list views. 

Importing: Allows user to use the Import feature on various list views. 

Inventory: Allows the user to create, edit and view Products.

Inventory View Only: Allows a User to view Inventory, but not make any additions or changes.

Invoices: Allows access to viewing and editing of Invoices.

Open Drawer: Allows for cash drawer to be opened via the Receipt Printer.

Orders: Allows access to viewing and editing of Orders.

Post_invoices: Allows the user to Post Invoices.

Post_modifications: Allows the user to use the UnPost feature on Invoices and Purchase Orders 

Price Change: Allows the user to change the amount on a Quote, Order or Invoice.

Printing: Allows the configuration of printing settings in CheckIn, under More > Admin > Workstation > Settings > Printing and More > Admin > Workstation > Settings > Advanced > Print Setup.

Purchase Orders: Allows access to viewing and editing of Purchase Orders.

Quotes: Allows access to viewing and editing of Quotes.

Reports: Allows access to the reporting features in CheckIn, in the Task Bar under More > Reports.

TIlls: Allows access to the Tills features in CheckIn, in the Task Bar under Invoices > Till.

User Management: Allows access to the Employee List in More > Admin > Workstation > Employees, where CheckIn passwords, Security Levels and GSX Access can be configured.

Vendors: Allows access to viewing and editing of Supplier cards.

View_cost_and_margin: Allows the user to view product cost and margins for items on an Invoice.

Voids: Allows the user to void an Invoice.
