Under "More" in the Task Bar, select "Admin." Along the top of the window, select "Workstation."
In the "Workstation Setup" window, select the "Advanced" tab. Under the "Workstation" tab (which should appear by default), make a note of the Printer ID number. (Each workstation must have its own distinct Printer ID.) Click the "Print Setup" button.
In the "Script Workspace" window that appears, from the listing at the left, select "Page Setup - Portrait - All Records - MacOSX#, with "#" being the Printer ID number that corresponds to your workstation. In the center of the window, hover over the line of text that appears -- a small "gear" icon will appear to the right. Click on that icon, and in the popup window, click the "Specify..." button.
If the Page Setup information is correct, click the "OK" button. You can then close the "Script Workspace" window by clicking the red "close" button in the top left corner -- click "Save All."
In the "Workstation Setup" window, click the "Done" tab to close.
At this point, you can print a sample page from an SRO, Order, or Invoice as a test.
